Scandinavian-style home interior decoration is now in trends and currently being used a lot lately.
Scandinavian style is a type of minimalistic design which known for its simplicity, functionality and beauty. Scandinavian style originated from Scandinavia which refers to the countries of Northern Europe : Norway, Denmark and Sweden.

Scandinavian style has concept that represents warmth and joy, dominated by clean and white colour. This style is widely used for simple but elegant home interiors. Generally this style gives a casual impression which is seen from a mixture of furniture that looks simple but charming. 

Scandinavian style was first introduced in the 1930s, but only began to spread widely in the 1970s. Simple minimalist home interiors that look clean are the reason many people apply this style to their homes.

Colours
Choose a calm and neutral color palette for the Scandinavian success look. Scandinavian style dominant colour are neutral colour, such as beige, white and pale. But now it’s becoming more popular to add touch of other color, such as grey, black and yellow. 

Walls
Paint the walls white or off-white with blue or blue-gray highlights. For more interesting walls, add traditional objects and designs that show Norwegian scenes.

Create or buy furniture that is very simple, modern but functional.
Create beauty through simplicity. Basically, wood is the main material used to get this style.
